JACKSONVILLE, Ill. Eureka College senior Ellen Goins (Metamora, Ill./Metamora) placed first in the women's 800 meter run and broke the school record with a time of 2:22.92, pacing the track and field team over the weekend in the True Blue Twilight hosted by Illinois College.
